Evidence before advice

Clear provenance, explicit scope and visible uncertainty.

Four separate questions

  1. Scope: is the reported environment relevant?
  2. Evidence: what supports this specific claim?
  3. Severity: how disruptive is the reported impact?
  4. Status: is there a documented mitigation or resolution?

Evidence ladder

C0 is an unreviewed lead. C1 is a traceable report. C2 is independent corroboration or documented reproduction. C3 is an explicit official confirmation for a specific scope. This collection currently uses C3 official records only.

Resolution is scoped

A workaround is not a complete fix. An ARM resolution cannot close an x64 report. Superseding an update is not proof of resolution, and duplicate news reports do not count as independent observations.

No universal safety score

Unknown conditions remain unknown. This independent site is not affiliated with Microsoft. The preview supports evidence discovery, not automatic system changes.
